Terms of Service
These Terms govern the use of SAJUBY ("Service") by STUDIO SOIO ("the Company"), defining conditions, procedures, rights, and obligations. Using the Service means agreeing to these Terms.
Article 1 — Definitions
"Service" means saju report generation, viewing, and download. "Content" means all text, images, UI, and code produced by the Company. "Payment" means consideration paid for the Service.
Article 2 — Effect and amendments
These Terms take effect upon posting. We may amend them within applicable law; amendments are announced at least 7 days in advance (30 days for unfavorable changes). Transactions paid before are governed by the Terms then in effect.
Article 3 — Service
We provide digital reports combining Manse-ryeok-based chart computation with classical Ziping interpretation. The Service operates 24/7 in principle but may pause for maintenance, system or third-party failures, or force majeure. Scheduled maintenance is announced 7 days in advance where possible.
Article 4 — Payment & refunds
Payments are processed via KG Inicis or PayPal; card details are entered on the PSP’s secure servers and never stored on ours. All products are custom digital content generated on order, so refunds on delivered reports are generally unavailable. Input mistakes are regenerated free within 7 days, and undelivered reports are re-sent. Full details are in the separate Refund Policy.
Article 5 — User obligations
Users may not impersonate others, disrupt operations, access via automated tools without consent, copy/redistribute/resell/commercially exploit Content, or defame the Company or third parties. Violations may result in immediate restriction or transaction cancellation.
Article 6 — Intellectual property
All Content rights belong to the Company or its licensors. You may use your purchased report personally and non-commercially, but copying, redistribution, transfer, resale, or commercial modification require prior written consent.
Article 7 — Disclaimers
Reports are interpretive references based on myeongni. We accept no liability for outcomes of medical, legal, financial, career, or relationship decisions made on a report’s basis, nor for damages from force majeure, user fault, user-input errors, or third-party outages (PayPal, KG Inicis, Google Cloud, etc.).
Article 8 — Damages & disputes
A party causing damage by breach is liable; the Company’s liability is capped at the amount paid for the relevant transaction, except for willful misconduct or gross negligence. Disputes are addressed by mutual discussion first; otherwise, file with the Korea Consumer Agency, the E-Commerce Mediation Committee, or the Contents Dispute Resolution Committee. Korean law governs; courts under the Civil Procedure Act have jurisdiction.
